Deposit
Requirements
For our main season, which is December, January and February, we require
a 50% pre-payment.
For the top season, which is from 20 Dec to 15 Jan, we require full
advance payment.
For all other periods, a payment of 25% is requested.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
A valid credit card is required to confirm each reservation. On
confirmation, a refundable deposit will be charged to the card.
The balance due will be payable direct to the hotel on departure.
Alternatively a transfer to an offshore account can be made
Peak Season (20 Dec to 15 Jan)
A 100% refundable deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds
for cancellations will be made as follows.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival
the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of
the amount of the deposit or Bt. 500 (whichever is greater).
- For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival, the deposit
will be non-refundable.
- No Shows; the deposit will be non-refundable.
High Season (01 Nov to 30 Apr)
A 50% refundable deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds
for cancellations will be made as follows.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of
the amount of the deposit or Bt. 500 (whichever is greater).
- For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit
will be non-refundable.
- No Shows; the deposit will be non-refundable.
All Other Times
A 25% refundable deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds
for cancellations will be made as follows.
- If the booking is Cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival
the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of
the amount of the deposit or Bt. 500 (whichever is greater).
- For cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit
will be non-refundable.
